Night routine is the pregame to the morning routine πŸ’—

There’s so much talk about mornings but i didn’t truly master my mornings until i mastered my nights.

Here are a few of my favorite rituals:

Soak in the bathtub with magnesium salt (fantastic for the brain, nervous system and regulating stress hormones).

I do a face scrub with all natural ingredjents.

I take melatonin & magnesium supplements for sleep with a hibiscus elixir. I add zinc for immune health, damiana for mood/aphrodisiac, shatavari for for balancing hormones, add a little cream and maple syrup then meditate and journal.

Of course, Reuben snuggles too for all the oxytocin 🐈‍⬛

I like to reflect on my day and what i accomplished and what i could improve on the next day by 1%.

No need to chase perfectionism or high highs. My goal is always to be a little bit more me everyday ✨

Then i write out my list for the next day and visualize how i’d love my day to look and feel like. This is a practice that has taken me many years to master and it’s no small accomplishment.

Keep it simple when developing your habits. Add one ritual each week to make it sustainable πŸ’—
